Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and must include original labels, tags, and packaging. Any product showing signs of use, wear, or alteration will not qualify for return. Return requests must be made within 48 hours from the date the product was delivered. Please contact us via email within this window. Items that fail to meet the return guidelines will not be accepted.

 

Steps to Return an Item

  • Provide Visual Proof: In cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items, attach clear images to support your request.
  • Follow Provided Instructions: If approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email. Returns that don’t meet the criteria may be rejected.
